Accessing Your Usage Dashboard

To monitor your subscription usage:

  1. Log in to your AlloMia account
  2. Navigate to Organization Settings from your dashboard
  3. Select the Usage tab to view your current usage statistics

Understanding Usage Metrics

The Usage dashboard displays several key metrics:

  • Voice Minutes Used: Total voice minutes consumed in the current billing cycle
  • Plan Limit: Maximum minutes available in your current subscription plan
  • Usage Percentage: Visual indicator of your consumption relative to your limit
  • Daily/Weekly Trends: Graph showing usage patterns over time
  • Agent-specific Usage: Breakdown of minutes used by each voice agent

Setting Usage Alerts

To avoid unexpected overages:

  • Click the Alert Settings button in the Usage dashboard
  • Set usage threshold notifications (e.g., 50%, 75%, 90% of your limit)
  • Choose notification recipients and delivery methods (email, in-app)
  • Enable or disable automatic alerts as needed

Exporting Usage Reports

For record-keeping or analysis:

  • In the Usage dashboard, locate the Export button
  • Select your preferred format (CSV, PDF, Excel)
  • Choose the date range for the report
  • Download the report to your device
