Accessing Subscription Options

To view and modify your subscription plan:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings from your AlloMia dashboard.
  2. Select the Subscription tab. You will see the available plans and your current plan (if one exists).

Comparing Plans and Choosing Billing Cycle

On the Subscription tab:

  • Your Current Plan is highlighted, showing included minutes and the current period end date.
  • Use the Monthly/Annual toggle switch at the top right to compare pricing and benefits for both billing cycles (the annual option provides a discount).
  • Browse the different plan cards to see features, included minutes, and pricing for each tier (e.g., Starter, Team, Growth, Business) based on the selected billing cycle.

Selecting a New Plan (or Upgrading)

When you've chosen a plan:

  • Click the Select Plan button on the desired plan's card.
  • If you are choosing a higher plan than your current one, or switching from monthly to annual billing, you will be redirected to our secure payment portal (Stripe) to complete the upgrade.
  • Stripe will automatically calculate any pro-rated billing adjustments for the upgrade.
  • Follow the prompts in the Stripe portal to confirm your new plan and enter payment details if needed.

After Changing Your Plan

Once the change is confirmed (via Stripe for upgrades or directly for certain scenarios):

  • Your AlloMia account will be updated to reflect the new plan's features and limits (this may take a few moments).
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe regarding the subscription change and payment (if applicable).
  • Your next invoice will reflect the new plan details.
