15. Privacy of Minors

Allomia does not provide services designed for use by children under the age of 18, nor does it knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected such information we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 16. Privacy Rights of United States Residents

U.S. Residents. U.S. state legislation, for example, California Civil Code Section 1798.83, may permit customers to ask us for certain information regarding AlloMia disclosures in the prior calendar year, if any, of personally identifiable information to third parties or our affiliates for their own direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, or resident of a state permitting such a request, and would like to make such a request, please contact our privacy officer in writing (see Section 17 "Contact Us" below).
