Accessing Subscription Options

To view and choose a lower plan:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings from your AlloMia dashboard.
  2. Select the Subscription tab. You will see your current plan and the other available plans.

Selecting a Lower Plan and Confirming

On the Subscription tab:

  • Identify a plan card that is a lower tier than your current plan (by comparing features or price). Ensure the billing cycle (Monthly/Annual) is the same as your current cycle, as changing cycles is considered an upgrade.
  • Click the Downgrade button on the desired plan's card.
  • The button might change to ask for confirmation. Click it again to confirm your choice.
  • This action will schedule the downgrade to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be redirected to a payment portal.

Important Considerations for Downgrading

Be aware of the following when scheduling a downgrade:

  • Feature Loss: At the end of your current billing cycle, you will lose access to features exclusive to your previous higher-tier plan.
  • Limit Reduction: Your usage limits (e.g., call minutes, number of agents) will be reduced to those of the new lower tier at the end of the cycle. Ensure your expected usage fits within these new limits to avoid disruption.
  • Effective Date: The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's benefits until that date.
  • Canceling the Downgrade: If you change your mind before the cycle ends, you will see an option on your current plan display to 'Cancel Plan Change'.
  • Refunds: No pro-rated refunds are issued for downgrades.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the downgrade is scheduled.
