Accessing the Billing Portal

All billing management tasks are handled securely through our payment processor, Stripe.

  1. Navigate to the Organization Settings in your AlloMia account.
  2. Click on the Subscription tab.
  3. Find and click the Manage Billing button. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal associated with your AlloMia organization.

What You Can Manage in the Portal

Within the Stripe customer portal, you can typically:

  • Update Payment Methods: Add, remove, or update credit card details.
  • Manage Billing Address: Ensure your billing address is current for accurate invoicing.
  • View Invoices: Access past and current invoices.
  • Review Subscription Details: See your current plan and billing cycle.
  • Update Tax Information: Provide or update relevant tax IDs if applicable.

Security

Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. AlloMia does not store your full credit card details.
