Call Control

Define how and when calls should end:

  • Enable End Call Function: Toggle this switch on to allow the AI assistant to proactively end the conversation based on its programming or detected trigger phrases.
  • End Call Trigger Phrases: Enter specific words or phrases, separated by commas (e.g., goodbye, take care, end call), that will cause the assistant to automatically terminate the call when detected from the user.

Call Forwarding and Keypad Control

Set up options for transferring calls and interacting with phone menus:

  • Forwarding Number: Enter a valid phone number where the assistant can transfer calls if human assistance is required or requested.
  • Enable Dial Keypad: Toggle this switch on to allow the assistant to dial digits (DTMF tones) on the keypad, useful for navigating automated phone systems or entering information.

Data Collection (Recording & Transcription)

Manage settings related to call data:

  • Enable Call Recording: Toggle this switch on to automatically record calls handled by the assistant. Recordings are stored for later review and analysis. This setting also enables transcription of the recorded calls.
