A quick tour of your dashboard

Your dashboard is where you see your clinic’s calls and its AI agent. Here’s what each part of the menu on the left is for, and which parts you’ll use most.

Take the tour

  1. Look at the top of the menu. The Organization box shows your clinic’s name. If you work for more than one clinic, click it to switch.
  2. Under Agent, click Call Logs & Analytics. This is where you’ll spend most of your time: every call, with its summary.
  3. Click Voice Agents. Here you see your clinic’s AI agent, and you can try it with Speak with Agent or Chat. Your dashboard opens on this page when you sign in.
  4. Below the menu, a small box may show your clinic’s plan and the minutes used by your AI agent.
  5. At the very bottom, click the Account card with your name. It has View profile and Logout, and buttons to switch the screen between light and dark.

What’s in the menu

The menu has two groups. Under Agent:

  • Voice Agents: your clinic’s AI agents. Open one to try it.
  • Teams: groups of AI agents that pass a call to each other.
  • Tools & Actions: what the agent can do during a call. Click it to see more items, such as SMS (text messages), Outbound (calls to patients) and Call Transfer (passing calls to your team).
  • Phone Numbers: your clinic’s phone numbers, and which AI agent answers each one.
  • Knowledge Base: the clinic documents your AI agent reads, such as holiday hours or directions.
  • Call Logs & Analytics: your calls. The Analytics tab shows numbers, Call Logs lists every call and Call Analysis shows problems found in calls.
  • Evaluations: practice tests for your AI agent.

Under Organization:

  • Members: the people on your clinic’s team, and their role: Owner or User.
  • Subscription: your clinic’s plan and minutes.
  • Organization Settings: your clinic’s information, such as its name and address.

As a receptionist, you’ll mostly use Call Logs & Analytics and Voice Agents. Your clinic manager sets up the rest.

What a User sees and what an Owner sees

Everyone on your clinic’s team sees the same menu. The difference is on the Members page: only an Owner sees the Add User, Invite User and Time Restrictions tabs. If someone new needs access, ask your clinic manager.

Switch the dashboard to French

If your dashboard is in English, here’s how to see it in French:

  1. Click the Account card at the bottom of the menu, then View profile.
  2. On the Profile Information tab, under Location, choose French in Language.
  3. Click Save Changes. The dashboard now shows in French.

To switch back, choose Anglais in Langue, then click Enregistrer. For more, see Your profile, language and emails.

If something looks different

  • A menu item is missing: Evaluations and Subscription don’t show for every clinic. That’s normal.
  • You see another clinic’s calls: check the name in the Organization box and switch clinics if needed.
