Duplicating an agent creates an exact copy, including its configuration, personality, and context. This is useful for testing changes without affecting the original agent or for creating slightly different versions for various purposes.

1. Navigate to the Voice Agents section in your AlloMia dashboard.
2. Find the agent you wish to duplicate in the list.
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the agent's card.
4. Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
5. A new agent, typically named '[Original Agent Name] Copy', will appear in your list. You can rename it as needed.

Deleting a voice agent is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you want to remove the agent before proceeding.

2. Locate the agent you want to delete.
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the agent's card.
