Accessing Billing History

Your complete billing history, including past invoices and payment records, is available in the Stripe customer portal.

  1. In your AlloMia account, navigate to Organization Settings.
  2. Select the Subscription tab.
  3. Click the Manage Billing button.
  4. This will redirect you to the secure Stripe portal linked to your organization.

Finding Invoices and Receipts

Inside the Stripe customer portal:

  • Look for a section titled Invoice history, Billing history, or similar.
  • You should see a list of past invoices, often with dates, amounts, and statuses (e.g., Paid).
  • Click on an individual invoice to view its details or download it, usually as a PDF.
  • Payment receipts may also be available here or sent to your registered billing email address after each successful payment.
