Accessing Subscription Options

To view and select a higher plan:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings from your AlloMia dashboard.
  2. Select the Subscription tab. You will see your current plan and the available plans to upgrade to.

Selecting a Higher Tier Plan or Annual Billing

On the Subscription tab:

  • Identify a plan card that represents a higher tier than your current one (e.g., moving from Starter to Team).
  • Alternatively, if you want to switch from monthly to annual billing for your current tier (which often includes a discount), use the Monthly/Annual toggle and select your current plan again under the annual view.
  • Click the Select Plan button on the desired plan card.

Completing the Upgrade via Payment Portal

Since this is an upgrade:

  • You will be redirected to our secure payment portal (Stripe) to confirm the change and handle payment.
  • Stripe will show you the pro-rated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle based on the upgrade.
  • Review the details and confirm the upgrade within the Stripe portal. Enter payment details if necessary.

What Happens After Upgrading

Upon confirming the upgrade in the Stripe portal:

  • You will typically gain immediate access to the features and higher limits of the new plan in your AlloMia account (allow a few moments for synchronization).
  • Stripe will process the pro-rated payment.
  • Your next regular invoice will reflect the full price of the upgraded plan.
  • You'll receive confirmation emails from Stripe regarding the plan change and payment.
