How to Cancel

Subscription cancellations are processed through the secure Stripe customer portal.

  1. Go to Organization Settings in your AlloMia account.
  2. Select the Subscription tab.
  3. Click the Manage Billing button. This will redirect you to the Stripe portal.
  4. Within the Stripe portal, locate your active subscription and look for an option like Cancel plan or Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the prompts provided by Stripe to confirm the cancellation. You may be asked for a reason for cancellation.

Effective Date and Access

Cancellations typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will usually retain access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
  • After the cancellation date, your access to paid features will cease. Your account might revert to a free tier (if available) or become inactive.

Data Retention

Please refer to AlloMia's data retention policies (often found in the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy) regarding what happens to your organization's data after subscription cancellation.

Refunds

AlloMia generally does not offer refunds for partial billing cycles upon cancellation. Refer to the Terms of Service for specific details on the refund policy.
