Navigate to the Login Page

This guide will walk you through the process of signing in to your AlloMia account, ensuring you can access your personalized features and services securely.

Go to the AlloMia website and click on the 'Sign In' or 'Login' button located in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

Enter Your Email Address

In the email field, enter the email address you used when creating your account. Make sure to use the correct email address as it is case-sensitive.

Enter Your Password

Enter your password in the password field. If you need to see what you're typing, you can click the eye icon to toggle password visibility.

Click the Sign In Button

After entering your email address and password, click the 'Sign In' button to authenticate your credentials and access your account.

Remember Me Option

If you're using a personal device, you can check the 'Remember Me' option to stay signed in for future visits. For security reasons, do not use this option on shared or public computers.

Forgot Password?

If you can't remember your password, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link below the password field. This will guide you through the process of resetting your password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you have enabled two-factor authentication for added security, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code after entering your email and password. This code is typically sent to your mobile phone or generated by an authenticator app.

Sign In Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues signing in, check that:

  • You're using the correct email address
  • Your caps lock key isn't on accidentally
  • Your password is entered correctly
  • Your internet connection is stable
  • Your browser accepts cookies from AlloMia
