Go to the Login Page

Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Fortunately, AlloMia provides a simple process to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Navigate to the AlloMia login page. This can be accessed from the main website by clicking on 'Sign In' in the top navigation bar.

Click on 'Forgot Password'

On the login page, look for the 'Forgot Password?' link, typically located below the password field. Click on this link.

Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your AlloMia account. Make sure to use the same email address you used when creating your account.

Submit the Request

Click the 'Reset Password' or 'Submit' button to send the password reset request. The system will process your request and send a password reset link to your email.

Check Your Email

Check your email inbox for a message from AlloMia. The email will contain a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Create a New Password

Click on the password reset link in the email. This will take you to a page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password twice to confirm it, making sure it meets the security requirements.

Save Your New Password

Click the 'Save' or 'Update Password' button to save your new password. You'll receive confirmation that your password has been reset successfully.

Log In With Your New Password

Return to the login page and sign in using your email address and the new password you just created.

Important Notes

Password reset links typically expire after 24 hours for security reasons. If your link has expired, you'll need to restart the password reset process.
