Switching between clinics

With one AlloMia login, you can belong to several clinic accounts, for example if you manage two clinics. You switch from the clinic menu at the top of the menu on the left.

Before you start

A clinic shows in your clinic menu when you created its account, or when someone in that clinic added you. To get access to another clinic, ask an Owner there to invite you. See Inviting a colleague who already has an account.

Switch to another clinic

  1. At the top of the menu on the left, click the box that shows Organization and your clinic’s name. The clinic menu opens.
  2. If you have many clinics, use the search box (Search organization...): type part of a clinic’s name, address or city.
  3. Click the clinic you want. Clinics you created are listed under My Organizations. Clinics someone else created are under Shared Organizations.
  4. A short loading animation plays. You stay on the same page, which now shows that clinic’s information.

How to tell which clinic you’re in

  • The top of the menu on the left always shows the clinic’s logo (or its first letter), its name and its city. If it shows Add your address, no city or province has been entered for that clinic yet.
  • In the open clinic menu, the clinic at the top has the Current tag, and a check mark shows next to it in the list.

Check the name before you change anything, such as an AI agent or a colleague’s role.

What changes when you switch

Almost everything you see belongs to the clinic you’re in:

  • its AI agents, phone numbers and knowledge base;
  • its calls, in Call Logs & Analytics;
  • the people on the Members page;
  • its plan and minutes, and its Organization Settings.

Your role can be different in each clinic. For example, you can be an Owner in one and a User in the other, so some tabs show in one clinic only. If Subscription shows in one clinic’s menu but not in the other’s, the plan of that second clinic is handled for you: contact the company that set up AlloMia for it, or AlloMia support.

Your own profile, language and password stay the same in every clinic.

Good habits

  • Switch clinics in one browser tab. If the dashboard is open in other tabs, close them after you switch: they can keep showing the other clinic’s name.
  • When you come back later, or sign in on another computer, you may start in a different clinic. Check the name at the top of the menu first.

If something goes wrong

  • A clinic is missing from your clinic menu: you may have been removed from it, or its account was closed. Ask an Owner at that clinic, or write to support@allomia.com.
  • The search shows “No organization shared with you yet.”: nothing matches what you typed. Clear the search box and look through the list.
  • The page shows another clinic’s information: close all your dashboard tabs, then open the dashboard again in a new tab.
